About Us

PaLA SCC
The South Central Chapter is one of eight chapters of the Pennsylvania Library Association. The chapter serves the following counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York. The South Central Chapter's purpose is to promote library service and librarianship within these counties, and to cooperate in the promotion of general and joint enterprises within the Pennsylvania Library Association and other groups.
